Worship Ministries

We believe that praise and worship should be our natural response to God for what He has done in our lives through the gift of His Son, Jesus. We respond with celebratory praise and passionate worship, using music, scripture, prayer, multi-media, and physical expression. We believe that our response to the Lord in praise and worship is not just an event, but a lifestyle.

Choir

This group ministers in our 8:30am and 10:00am Sunday morning worship services and present major seasonal productions throughout the year, including "Salem's Singing Christmas Tree" and "Celebrate America!" If you love to sing, the choir may be the place for you. There are several open enrollment times throughout the year, coinciding with the beginning rehearsals of seasonal musicals and special productions. The choir rehearses each Wednesday evening at 7:00pm in the music room.

Worship Team and Band

These groups are selected from the choir and orchestra and provide the foundation that is used in leading the congregation in praise and worship. Emphasis is placed on worship being "Spirit-led" while maintaining a distinct sense of togetherness and flow.

Technical Team

Peoples Church Media Ministries covers all the bases for every service and special event on campus. With the excellence that God deserves, we offer up our talents and skills as an act of worship. The team shares responsibility, so they are able to participate in services and other ministry activities on their "off weeks". Children's Choirs

Worship ministry opportunities begin young at Peoples Church, with our Precious Jewels (ages 4 through Kindergarten) and King's Kids (1st through 5th grade) children's choirs. These groups rehearse seasonally on Sunday evenings at 6pm.
