Hometown: Born in Duluth, MN moved to Helena, MT when 9 and graduated from HS there.
Family Info: Michele wife of 22 years is a native of the Willamette Valley living on the farm. We have three daughters, Mariesa – attending Northwest University – Kirkland, WA studying fine arts, Bree-anna 9th grade attending Cascade HS she enjoys band and the piano, Celeste 4th grade attending Aumsville – she is our resident artist. Michele and I met while attending Northwest University – she has a degree in sacred music, mine is pastoral studies.

How did you come to PC?
In the fall of 07 we moved to the farm (Aumsville/Stayton area) to assist Michele’s father and look for opportunities for full-time ministry. Through a series of events (really God’s leading) a ministry position was offered to us. We are extremely honored to be a part of the Peopleschurch team.

What is the best thing about your role at PC?
Ministering with a great group of people from the ushers, greeters, teachers, hosts, kitchen crew, administrative, and pastoral is the high-light. The people of Peopleschurch make it the ministry hub that it is.

What is something few people know about you?
During the summer fires of 2003 I was stationed at Lake McDonald Lodge (Historic Hotel built at the turn of the 20th century) while the fires burned to within 1.5 miles of the building. On a normal day when thousands of tourists would be on the property, there were only 9 firefighters (county volunteer firefighters) on premise.

What do you do on your free time?
I enjoy working on or with "big toys" including: tractors, grain trucks, back-hoes, pick-up trucks, etc. Anything that burns diesel is my friend!.
