Celebrate America 2008

Invite a friend and join us on Sunday morning, July 6, at 8:30 and 11:00 AM for "Celebrate America! 2008", as we pay tribute to our great nation and to those who have sacrificed for her honor. Services will include patriotic music, stirring multi-media presentations, and a tribute to our veterans and those currently enlisted in our armed forces.

Our special guest speaker for our "Celebrate America" services will be Rev. Zollie Smith. An Airborne Infantryman in the Vietnam War, Zollie will share his personal story of heroism and great sacrifice. Rev. Smith now serves as the executive director of Assemblies of God U.S. Missions.

Immediately following the morning service on July 6, we will have our annual All-Church Picnic in the Family Life Center, including outdoor activities in the back field. The church will provide hamburgers, hotdogs and a beverage. Please plan to bring your own potluck-style side dishes, salads and desserts to share. Bring your family and friends, and join us for great food, fun and fellowship!

There will be no evening services on that day.
